The interior alteration work consists of general construction, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and
electrical alterations.
The Work will be bid as ONE single prime contract, with the exception of alarm system work, which
will be contracted separately by the Owner, with the scheduling coordinated by this contractor.
A pre-bid walk-through will take place on Thursday February 27 at 1:00 p.m., at the Child Advocacy
Center of Greater Rochester, located at 1 Mount Hope Avenue, Rochester NY 14620.
